Successfully source and identify candidates from traditional sources, various online networks and social media outlets. Effectively screen, qualify, negotiate pay and interview candidates. Provide solid recommendations to hiring/program managers. Coordinate all in-person and phone interviews with hiring/program managers and conduct reference checks. Maintain active communication and follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hire process. Prepare resume portfolios for presentation to our clients. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration. Establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity and skilled communications with managers, partners, peers and candidates. Maintain individual production and candidate pipeline spreadsheets. Responsible to team in training and sharing of best practices.<br /> <br /> <br /><b>EOE:</b> We are an equal opportunity employer.
