Join our talented team at a global medical device company focused on Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™.<p><b>Main Objective: </b> Responsible for leading the Surgical Planning and Eecution Teams for full life cycle development of pre-operative and intra-operative execution tools in the achievement of company goals. The Surgical Planning and Execution team will support all Product team digital needs including but not limited to pre-operative surgical planning, surgical instrument designs, augmented reality solutions and navigation solutions.<p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b> <br /><ul><li> Manages the Surgical Planning and Execution Teams (Coordinator, Planning Engineers, Development Engineers, etc.) work activities to provide timely and efficient flow of services and projects. </li><li> Maintains a leading edge understanding of the orthopedic industry, customers, and competitors in order to find new and novel opportunities to grow the business and reduce cost. </li><li> Hires, develops and retains the best talent for the Surgical Planning and Execution Teams and the organization. Actively provides coaching and career development assistance to team members.
