Join our team and be #YOUinrue.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><strong>Job Description</strong><br>What will a day in the life look like as our<strong> Senior Analyst, Workforce Analytics</strong>? Below is just a small sample of the contributions this key role will do to support our business.<br><br><ul><li>Facilitate payroll allocation in the Workforce Management tool.</li><li>Track adjustments and training and publish mid-week updates on performance.</li><li>Manage Workforce Management system upgrades and configurations.</li><li>Communicate effectively and coordinate with Human Resources and Payroll departments on system testing.</li><li>Review and provide feedback to improve scheduling tools for compliance, forecasting, and to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Participate in preparing the annual payroll budget for the field.</li><li>Develop reports and alerts for the business (Field and Support Center) to ensure heightened awareness of any opportunities to drive behaviors and results.</li><li>Train associates (Field and Support Center) on utilizing applicable tools and resources provided by Workforce Analytics.</li><li>Analyze the performance of payroll tests and offerings (including but not limited to all trials and incentive programs.)</li><li>Track the success of events (planned versus actual) and the impact of those results, as it pertains to the payroll budget.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><strong>Education and Experience</strong><br><ul><li>4 plus years of experience managing multi-unit scheduling tools (preferably in a retail environment.)</li><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Prior leadership experience in a retail environment is preferred.</li><li>Highly skilled at Microsoft Excel data organization and analysis.</li><li>Advanced-level proficiency in Workforce Management tools is required (Reflexis ideally).</li></ul><strong>Additional Information</strong><br>WE OFFER<br><br><ul><li>401k</li><li>Competitive Benefits Package</li><li>Flex Time</li><li>Over 3 Weeks PTO After 1 Year</li><li>Casual Dress Code</li><li>Merchandise Discount</li><li>Great Work Culture</li></ul>
