Primary Purpose:
AI – CoPilot POC
As a Technical Program Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and manage large technology programs consisting of multiple smaller projects and teams. You’ll oversee the end-to-end plan for technical product changes, working closely with technology experts and business partners to solve complex challenges.
Major Responsibilities:
* Manage specific aspects of medium-high complexity programs.
* Define and manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality; monitor day-to-day progress and ensure successful project closure.
* Facilitate connections across teams to identify and manage dependencies. • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, removing impediments.
* Define program structure and create unified plans to meet objectives.
* Ensure clarity on objectives, priorities, and measures.
* Part of a 10-person centralized team supporting technology delivery across the Home ORice and Field.
* Work with the Product team, Engineering members, and Business clients on internal projects.
* Align with the Productivity Experience sub-domain within the Digital Workplace Division, focusing on generative AI in Microsoft 365.
* Maintain alignment with the centralized team for effective delivery of Digital Workplace technology
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
* 6+ years of professional experience in technology program/project management.
* Knowledge of software development, testing, and implementation.
* Experience with project management methodologies and SDLC; familiarity with project management/agile tools.
* Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives using various delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, lean, scrum, etc.).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Ability to solve unique problems with broad business impact; innovative thinking.
* Self-directed with strong intellectual curiosity.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build consensus.
* Experience with Gen AI, M365/Microsoft, and/or Digital Workplace.
Preferred Skills:
* Background in security/compliance or data and privacy.
