Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Services and Royalty Coordinator who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing royalty payments, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, writers, and clients. This role involves corresponding with Spanish-speaking clients to guide them through royalty accounting and industry developments. Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in data management, and a thorough understanding of royalty agreements and payments are essential. Key Responsibilities: Maintain relationships and resolve inquiries with U.S. and international clients regarding royalty statements, payments, and other matters. Become an expert in our client portal, Vista, and serve as support for internal and external clients. Deliver client statements quarterly and semi-annually. Resolve client inquiries regarding royalty statements, payments, and other matters. Enter data for manual and electronic statements. Track and acquire missing statements (receivables) for processing. Research data to ensure the accurate posting of royalties. Analyze large volumes of data and organize it into meaningful reports. Maintain and archive department files. Complete various ad-hoc projects and reports as required. Meet all deadlines and perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in royalty management, accounting, client services, or a related role. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office products, with in-depth knowledge of Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret and analyze complex contracts and agreements. Familiarity with royalty calculations and royalty software is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge/Skills: Fluency in Spanish is required. Strong analytical aptitude; comfortable working with financial data, calculations, and spreadsheets. Excellent problem-solving skills. Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in an evolving workload. Highly motivated and eager to work in a team environment. Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish. Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy. Quick learner with the ability to retain detailed information and instructions. Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and effectively follow through under pressure and tight deadlines.
