As the Customer Service And Sales Representative you drive profitable sales growth by creating a welcoming environment for all customers. You are the first point of contact for all customers, assist in processing sales orders, and have an understanding of product knowledge. You are responsible for creating a culture of engagement and high performance within our Customer Service And Sales department through ongoing training and development.

Core Responsibilities:

Providing detailed information about products and services to all customers we come in contact with on a daily basis Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and efficiently Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's products or services Closing sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets Demonstrating and explaining product features and benefits to customers Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs and preferences

Qualifications:

Bachelors preferred but not required Excellent communication skills Prior work experience in customer service, sale, or in office role is a plus Professional Experience Ability to work under pressure Organization skills
