Are you a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a passion for helping individuals of all ages? Join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis and make a difference in the lives of those with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
As a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll play a crucial role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of communication and swallowing disorders. Your expertise will support patients from infancy to geriatrics, providing tailored interventions to enhance their quality of life.
What You'll Do:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families about strategies and exercises to support ongoing improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Alabama.
  • Ideally, previous experience as an SLP, though we’re open to candidates with various levels of experience.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or currently working towards it during your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Current license from the Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (ABESPA).
  • Up-to-date BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
