Responsible for leading enterprise marketing content development and brand strategy, as well as the operational execution of campaigns to create increased brand awareness, brand demand and customer and employee engagement. This position entails working with multiple departments and stakeholders including sales and marketing channels, design, product development and desktop/mobile web and app product teams. Responsibilities : Oversees multi-disciplinary creative executives and teams, providing cross-functional leadership; synthesizes business goals and priorities into actionable initiatives and process iteration when managing creative resources. Develops and leads enterprise marketing content development and brand strategy, as well as the operational execution behind by collaborating with senior executives. Works closely with executive management to strategize initiatives, propel brand positioning and attain all financial metrics and profitability goals. Partners with CMO in identifying opportunities and executing a pro-active brand strategy across social media, website, SEO, and other digital and physical mediums. Oversees quality assurance initiatives for all loanDepot content created to make sure everything reflects the loanDepot brand to the highest degree. Coordinates and manages the Marketing Compliance team to maintain regulatory compliance with all content creation. Leads creative ideation, strategy, and campaign development, both from a content and creative standpoint, for loanDepot; develops annual and seasonal campaigns, integration, and creative excellence across every customer touch point (including but not limited to the desktop and mobile websites, native apps, direct mail, PR, direct marketing, and social media). Oversees day-to-day operations of creative and content, ensuring all output effectively marries to strategies which create increased brand awareness, brand demand and customer and employee engagement. Builds strong partnerships with the executive team, sales channels, product development and the consumer digital product (web and app team) to build a cohesive brand voice and strategy, gain alignment on priorities and marketing programs and deliver compelling, executable programs. Prioritizes opportunities that will grow the business and generate incremental revenue outcomes while enhancing brand presence while ensuring consistent customer experience. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Requirements :

Minimum of ten (10) + years’ experience expanding a corporate brand for large enterprise companies in a corporate setting. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this roles is between $142,000 and $213,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
