Primary Shift: 1200-2030Secondary Shifts: 1030-1900, 0615-1445GENERAL SUMMARY:Manages patient serving line and associated functions. Ensures accuracy of serving performance and tray distribution and/or cafeteria food service, and special functions. Upholds food sanitation standards. Direct unit activities related to retail operations, complying with the standards established by CVPH, regulatory agencies and client. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified retail experience for customers.QUALIFICATIONS:1. Associates or Bachelor of Science degree in Food Nutrition, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary, Dietician preferred.2. ServSafe Certification form the NRA preferred.3. Certified Dietary Manager preferred.4. Food service management experience preferred.5. Membership in Dietary Managers Association preferred.6. Three (3) years supervisor experience preferred.As applicable, the individual has training/competency in attending to the special needs and/or behaviors appropriate to the age of the patients for which care is being provided.
