Daikin Applied is now hiring for a Software Test Engineering Intern in Plymouth, MN!

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineering Intern to join our dynamic Controls team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of software engineering within a leading organization. Location : Plymouth, MN in office 3 days a week
Timeline: This Internship opportunity is for May-August 2025

What you will do:
  • Test product or system software such as support tools, gateways, web applications, web infrastructure, or cloud products under the direction of an assigned engineer
  • Work with an assigned engineer to analyze specifications, to create test cases that verify the system is working as expected
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program in Software Engineering or Computer Science
  • Experience applying Software Engineering design principles
  • Experience with Python
  • Exposure to using Excel formulas or programming
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
