At Light & Wonder, it's all about the games, and our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe.Position SummaryJob Summary: The person in this position supports production sales order requirements and fulfill customer and conversion orders and keeps customer information and technical information up-to-date.Job DescriptionMachine Operator: Ensure proper media is loaded to media storage devices based on customer requirements and jurisdictional requirements. They also verify accurate operating systems are loaded on correct CPU's based on customer orders. They load required firmware on components used in production like printers, bill validators, player tracking systems and conversions. Essential Job Functions: Program various types of mediaBurn and verify required media componentsVerifies program approvals for specific jurisdictions Encodes Magnetic Employee Cards per customer requirementsTracks, monitors, and reports status of mediaMaintain accurate reports and databasesInterfaces with a multi-functional team on a daily basis concerning order status, ordering problems, and any other customer inquiriesProvides optimum customer service to customers, internal or external Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Hands on experience with small hand and power tools used in assembly operationsAbility to perform basic tasks for assembly and data entry on computersAbility to follow instructionsProficient with Microsoft Office toolsCapable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross-functional teamMust have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Aptitude for problem solvingSelf-directed, highly motivate, thorough and accurate, ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesMaintains positive attitude towards new challenges and good organizational skillsEducationMust have a high school diploma or equivalency.QualificationsSix months of related experienceGaming experience desirablePhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
