The Maintenance Supervisor will aid in managing mechanical maintenance to ensure operations are running smoothly, ensuring safety and policy compliance

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and coordinate the work of staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and the proper use of equipment
  • Conduct inspections, repairs, installations, adjustments, and maintenance on all electrical and electronic systems
  • Focus on continuous process improvement for automated production lines
  • Create training materials, maintenance schedules, and documentation for comprehensive management of equipment throughout its lifecycle.
  • Offer hands-on assistance to the maintenance team to troubleshoot and address extended downtime challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
  • Strong Communication Skills
