Description

We are currently seeking PRN CNAs to:
  • Administer the care of residents under the supervision of licensed staff.
  • Assist professional nursing staff by performing routine tasks in the care of residents, helping them to adapt to changes that may occur due to illness and normal processes of aging.
  • In conformance with residents' individual plans of care, perform duties of direct care for the residents served, such as helping them maintain personal hygiene, good grooming and dress, providing a healthy environment, providing nourishment and fluids, and responding to their call signals.

Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent is desired.
  • Completion of Certified Nursing Aide program is required.
  • Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide certification, or ability to obtain as required by regulation.
  • One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long term care nursing assistant is preferred.
