Requirements :

• OH/Compact license
  
• Minimum 1.5 years recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Must have at least 1.5 years perm Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• AHA ACLS
• AHA BLS
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required

Other Details:
Med/Surg Tele RN.Night shifts, 3 -12 hour shiftsMinimum of 18 mos *recent* Med/Surg Telemetry experience.Must have at least 18mos PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDAHA BLS & ACLS required.Traveler must work at least every other holiday.PBDS Assessment – waived.ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
