5-7 years Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Certified CyberArk Security Engineer to oversee our IAM vaulting systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Utility industryensuring a secure and efficient IAM operation. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage CyberArk security solutions within the IAM framework. Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance to ensure the highest security standards. Conduct security assessments, risk analyses, and compliance audits. Monitor and maintain the health and security of our vaulting systems. Develop and enforce robust access control policies and identity management procedures. Provide senior-level support for CyberArk, resolving complex issues and ensuring system reliability. Lead IAM projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement IAM strategies. Train and mentor junior staff on CyberArk best practices. Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong emphasis on IAM. Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Familiar with RSA SecureID and /or SailPoint IdentityIQ support is a plus. Preferred Certifications:

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) SailPoint IdentityIQ Professional Certification Skills:

dvanced technical expertise in CyberArk with the ability to design and implement complex security solutions. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Strong leadership and project management abilities. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions. dditional Notes:

Proficiency in scripting and automation to streamline security processes is highly desirable. Understanding of NERC CIP and other Utility industry compliance standards is a significant advantage . Familiarity in RSA SecureID and/or SailPoint Identity IQ would be preferred.
