What Work You Will be Responsible For:
Review
and prepare
complex gift,
estate,
and fiduciary income tax returns
.
Provide
tax planning and consulting to
high-net-worth
clients for estate and individual income taxes
.
Research and consult on various estate,
gift,
and trust related issues, such as trustee and beneficiary issues, generation skipping tax issues and wealth transfer planning
.
Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and
maintain
relationships with firm leadership.
Take responsibility for
accurate
time and billing for self and team.
Responsible for training, supervising and ongoing development of associates and seniors.
Develop a working knowledge of the client's business, take responsibility for completing assigned tasks, and meet client
deadlines.
Actively
solicit
new client relationships and
participa
te
in client/potential client seminars to expand networking opportunities.
S
tay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and proactively apply new knowledge to client engagements.
Collaborate with other tax professionals within the firm to coordinate efforts, share knowledge, and ensure efficient and effectiv
e delivery of tax
services.
Hold self and direct reports responsible for achieving developmental goals
Mentor and coach junior team members

Professional Development:
