We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our client’s team. You will create ad hoc financial analyses and models, manage the planning and budgeting process, and deliver timely and valuable information to the firm’s leaders and decision-makers. Additionally, you’ll provide accounting support for accounts payable, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliation. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Expected starting base salary $95,000 to $105,000 per year.

Job Description: Lead the annual firm-wide budget process and prepare monthly variance analyses to compare budgeted and actual results.

Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly financial reporting packages.

Maintain and update financial models as needed.

Assist with the month-end close financial accounting process.

Requirements: Ability to develop complex financial analyses, interpret trends, and communicate financial data meaningfully to executives and users.

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and their practical application.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to minimize errors and identify issues early.

Effective prioritization, multitasking, and organizational abilities, with a sense of urgency.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for successful collaboration with coworkers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel (functions and macros); familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.

5+ years of experience in professional services.
