Position Overview:

Genmab's Global Digital Products, Commercialization & Enabling Functions team is looking for a talented and ambitious Software Engineer/ Developer to help with our digital transformation journey. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of software applications and digital products leveraging several enterprise standard platforms and tools. You will work closely with junior developers and project teams to design, develop, test, and deploy digital solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of software engineering concepts, programming skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop digital products to automate workflows and end user applications using Microsoft Power platforms and the AWS platform Assist in the implementation of data pipelines and integration between various systems and platforms. Collaborate with other developers and project teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Write, test, and maintain data and/or application workflows, mappings, transformations, and other artifacts. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration processes, ensuring the smooth flow of data between systems. Conduct unit testing and participate in system testing to validate the accuracy and efficiency of data integration solutions. Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure proper integration of data with downstream applications and systems. Stay updated with the latest technologies in the integration space and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Document technical specifications, process flows, and implementation details for future reference and knowledge sharing. Assist in the maintenance and support of existing digital solutions, including bug fixes, performance optimization, and system upgrades.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-2 years experience working in IT. Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and principles. Knowledge of integration patterns, API management, and middleware technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL. Hands on experience with AWS, and Microsoft products and platforms. Familiarity with Jira, and Confluence for product building. Knowledge of relational & non-relational databases Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality deliverables. Quick learner, adaptable, and open to acquiring new skills and technologies

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:

$60,000.00---$100,000.00

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
