nalyst. As an IT Helpdesk Analyst, you

(along with the Help Desk team) will

be responsible for

the technical support of ABC Legal’s user base

both in our Seattle HQ and our remote locations.

You will triage incoming support requests

by order of importance and find efficient means of remediating issues.
