*OVERVIEW OF PMO MANAGER ROLE*
As a PMO Manager, you will lead and manage major projects and change management initiatives within the organization. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that change management principles are integrated into project planning and execution. The PMO will frequently interact and report to Relay's Executive Team to make recommendations during projects' life cycles, make decisions, or terminate projects, as required, and remain aligned with Relay Strategic Initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who can demonstrate strong leadership skills, has a proactive approach to project management, and can adapt to changing priorities well. *Job Location:* Portland, OR. (HYBRID, 3 days/wk. onsite)
*Type: *DIRECT HIRE!
*Salary: *$98k – 122k, DOE.

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *
* Manage projects through all project stages in communication, schedule, budget, change management, resources, scope, risk, and issues.
* Work with senior management and key stakeholders to define project charter, scope, cost, and business case deliverables that support strategic initiatives.
* Monitor project compliance regarding procedures, policies, standards, and tools.
* Communicate complex issues to people with diverse backgrounds and experiences and drive to resolution.
* Bring clarity, structure, and actions to plans of various levels of ambiguity and complexity.
* Conduct project reviews with project teams and senior management upon project close and create recommendations to improve future project elements.
* Apply Prosci's change management methodology and tools to support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
* Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help with their direct reports through transitions.
* Adopt and adhere to change management best practices, ensuring project teams, partners, and stakeholders are engaged and informed appropriately throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage and monitor project plans.
* Develop visibility and timely updates to stakeholders on significant programs/projects.
* Develop reports.

*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:*
* 5 - 10 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related field.
* Prosci Certification is required.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* PMP certification preferred.
* Experience with creating and delivering executive-level presentations to corporate management.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 Office, Microsoft Projects, and Excel.
* Advanced skills in Visio or Lucid Chart.
* PMIS Tool experience, such as Asana.
* Strong organizational skills (such as creating and keeping deadlines, delegation, decision-making, team management, project management, and scheduling)
* Ability to appropriately influence stakeholders and move teams toward solutions.
* Ability to work both tactically and strategically.
* Excellent interpersonal skills required; must genuinely like talking with a diverse population.
* A self-directed, self-aware leader who demonstrates humility while building and extending trust.
* Experience working with adults with disabilities or barriers to employment a plus.
