ECS is seeking a <strong>ServiceNow </strong> <strong>Business Process Consultant</strong> with an active<strong> clearance </strong>to work in <strong>remotely</strong>.<br> <br> <strong>Job Description:</strong> <br>ECS is currently seeking a Business Process Consultant that will lead, coordinate, communicate, integrate, and be accountable for consulting with customers and developing process solutions that support the needs of their business and for facilitating successful project outcomes. This individual will also assist the business process consultants and have diverse responsibilities focused on business process analysis, consulting customers on industry best practices, facilitating technology requirements gathering and documentation, and ensuring that ECS-defined processes and solutions are optimized for our client's long-term success. <br> <br>Our process consultants serve in multiple roles and capacities within our typical ServiceNow implementation engagement, including, but not limited to, process consultant, engagement manager, business analyst, testing and/or training coordinator, and organizational change management facilitator. <br> <br>General Description of Benefits <br> <br> <strong>Required Skills:</strong> <br> <ul> <li> <strong>Must be a US Citizen and possess a current Public Trust or DoD Secret level clearance or higher.</strong></li> <li>Must possess and be able to demonstrate knowledge for current ServiceNow certification in two or more applications related to the requirement (SPM, HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, CSM / Portal DevOps).</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li> <li>5+ years' demonstrated business process consulting experience</li> <li>3+ years' ofServiceNow <strong>SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) </strong>experience with Demand/Idea, Strategic Planning, PPM</li> <li>3+ years of ServiceNow experience demonstrating User Story Creation</li> <li>Performance driven with strong analytical and organizational skills</li> <li>Experience leading and facilitating meeting, running workshops and delivering presentations</li> <li>Document customer processes and requirements in the form of swim-lane diagrams, RACI charts, business rules/triggers, entity relationship diagrams, and Agile epics and user stories.</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with all levels of an organization</li> <li>Work independently and drive projects</li> </ul> <strong>Desired Skills:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Certified Implementation Specialist (SPM)</li> <li>PMP certification</li> <li>Knowledge of multiple frameworks including Frameworks for IT Success, Cobit, ISO 20000, ISO 27000, CMMI, FITARA, HiTrust, FISMA/FedRamp</li> </ul>ECS is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
