Position Responsibilities
Act as the customer liaison for our Repairs department, troubleshooting and communicating the product repairs process by phone.
Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customers' service and repair needs.
Document all communication, estimates, orders and billing in daily and monthly reports.
Track product loaners and parts for work performed.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years customer support experience a plus.
Excellent communicator – speaks and writes clearly and to the point.
Team player with excellent organizational skills.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
