Customer Service Representative

Peacock Ford is seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an integral member in developing a rapport with customers and future customers with the ability to communicate efficiently via phone and e-mail.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be reliable to work in person (Monday -Friday 8:30-5)

Bilingual a Plus

Answer incoming calls in polite, professional manner

Prior Automotive experience is a plus.

Phone skills

Computer literacy

Establish and maintain great customer service relationships that encourage repeat and referral business via phone and e-mail

Detailed Oriented

Strong organizational and Multi-tasking skills

Schedule Appointments-Obtaining customer information

Check open recalls

Customer follow up

Ability to work a flexible schedule, if needed

Follows all company policies and procedures

Other duties as assigned
