Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related discipline
Nice to have interiors experience - headliners, consoles
Nice to have experience with Robotics, CNC machining, Stamping, pressing, extruders
Plastic injection molding knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and direct the activities of all maintenance personnel. Establish and maintain inventory of equipment parts and miscellaneous supplies.
Contact vendors and contractors relative to engineering and maintenance projects.
Maintain the efficient operation of heating systems and related components, compressed air system, refrigeration systems, chilled water systems, and ventilation systems.
Operate the Maintenance Department within the allocated budget. Plan part purchases by strategic planning with the Accounting Department.
Provide for training of the Maintenance Personnel relative to new equipment and vendor specific repair programs.
