Overview Of The Role

This person will act as the glue for key projects that will shape the future of how Dynata thinks about BI, Targets and Sales operational rigor They will be an important execution arm as part of the wider Revenue Operations Function The will Sales Performance Management, Sales Compensation and Governance across key initiative such as Pricing to help Dynata capture maximum customer value They will be at the forefront of key change initiatives

Responsibilities

Will be the Sales Operational ‘Glue’ for Dynata, reporting the Global Head of Sales & Marketing Operations within Dynata’s Commercial Department Create and enforce a Sales process that spans all segments and geos Hold leadership meetings with all global sales leaders to manage change / forecasting / BI Evaluate and recommend Sales Territory Alignment to continually optimize Sales Organization and effectiveness Partner with Finance and HR to develop, design and administer Sales incentive plan that attracts, motivates and retains high-performing sales talent Establish & operate value added ‘Deal desk’ & pricing governance program to support pricing objectives and value-based selling. Work with Marketing / Marketing Ops around systems and analytics process Work with Sales Analytics to develop and operationalize best-in-class Analytics through cross-functional collaboration Help reinstitute the notion of a centralized CRM that adheres to sound sales process best practices

Critical Skills + Competencies:

Can navigate financial targets/reporting (as well as process improvement) Competency with Tableau/securing BI resources with clear requirements as someone who knows analytics Strong Sales Process understanding and strong opinions around enforcing process

Persona Background

Likely from a tech company or related field as Dynata, but in a more established environment (7-10+ years of experience, 5+ years Ops leadership) Previous Director+ role(s) in a more modern RevOps environments (aka can bring a needed fresh perspective to help challenge the current status quo) Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics + Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus (this shouldn’t be a requirement as it limits options – most will have Salesforce experience but this should be transferable) Historical control of/deep influence upon targets and sales compensation plans Historical change management experience helping an org move from bad to good and from good to great Could be former Sales Ops for a large company (must have enterprise knowledge, not a “Start-up only” person )

The salary range for this position in is $180,000-$215,000K/Year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
