What You will Spark at Amplify: Implementation and Configuration: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA FICO & FP&A modules tailored to the specific needs of lithium ion battery manufacturing processes. Refine the Finance, Accounting and Controlling process scope, identifying any gaps when necessary. Perform system demonstrations designed to showcase the existing standard SAP FI/CO & FP&A functionality and secure buy-in from customers, while identifying any gaps, and/or requirements. Translate local business requirements into related configuration requirements and perform system set-ups in SAP to meet business requirements while working with the selected Systems Integrator. Identify any Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows and/or any other development objects necessary to bridge requirements with SAP functionality through the creation of Functional Specification documentation. Identify local security requirements and work with Security staff on the creation of security profiles necessary to support local needs. Perform field and value mappings associated with data conversion efforts. Perform demonstrations of the updated system, post build (Configuration and Development) activities to showcase the incorporation and validate localization requirements. Financial Accounting: Streamline financial accounting processes, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, asset accounting, Bank accounting and tax accounting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements. Controlling: Design and optimize cost center accounting, product costing, profitability analysis, and internal orders to support operational decision-making and profitability management. Integration: Collaborate with SAP MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales and Distribution) teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across modules. Reporting and Analytics: Develop financial reports, KPI dashboards, and management information systems (MIS) to provide timely insights for executive decision-making. Drive & support BPC group reporting. Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal controls, supporting audit activities and continuous improvement initiatives. User Training and Support: Educate local teams on basis of SAP Finance, Accounting and Controlling functionality; on SAP S/4HANA, conduct user training sessions, provide ongoing support, and act as a subject matter expert (SME) to resolve SAP FICO & FP&A - related issues and inquiries. Operations Support: Provide support post go-live and resolve post go-live issues. Additional Details: This position is domiciled in Byhalia, MS (preferred) or Atlanta, GA. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience 10+ years as an SAP FICO & FP&A Consultant, preferably in manufacturing or related industries. Experience with S/4 HANA FICO is must. Multiple (over 3) SAP implementation full life-cycle experience. In-depth knowledge of SAP FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling) modules & FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), with hands-on experience in implementation and configuration. Strong understanding of financial processes, cost accounting principles, and manufacturing operations. Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into SAP FICO & FP&A solutions. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders. SAP certification in FICO modules is a plus.
