Position Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels at Uline’s Kenosha branch.

• Recruit top-notch active and passive candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals and developing meaningful contacts.

• Partner with the hiring managers to identify their talent needs and determine criteria used to produce quality candidates.

• Handle complex recruitment assignments using strong sourcing background to find candidates for hard-to-fill, technical, high level, or confidential openings. 

• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find and attract talent.

• Provide guidance to recruiting staff, including Associate Recruiters, Recruiters and HR Coordinators. 

• Coordinate and execute special requests and projects as assigned by HR leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.

• 5+ years recruiting and talent acquisition experience.

• Knowledge of all full life-cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking and assessing candidate skills.

• Human Resources certification a plus.

• Can handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

• Available for travel to job fairs, university recruitment events and Uline's domestic branches.
