Senior Project Manager

Industrial Systems Consulting (ISC) is supporting the build out of new industrial facilities in the Rock Springs WY area involving a budget of roughly $1.2 Billion. We are in the early stages and looking for senior project managers with such full-lifecycle experience, from the budgeting and procurement of such industrial facilities to their startup and operation. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. Likewise, this individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Lead the project team in developing detailed project execution plans, schedules, and budgets for industrial facilities.</li><li>Direct and coordinate all phases of the project, including engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.</li><li>Ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements.</li><li>Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.</li><li>Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.</li><li>Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.</li></ul><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.</li><li>Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in project management of large-scale EPC projects within the mineral mining and processing industry.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of mining and processing operations, including equipment selection, materials handling, and environmental considerations.</li><li>Extensive experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.</li><li>PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as required.</li></ul><br>If you are a Senior Project Manager with a passion for excellence in industrial facilities capital / construction projects, we invite you to apply and be a key contributor to the success of this large new venture in Wyoming.
