Job Description
Sign-On Bonus $10K - $12K (5K Relocation)
$10K for RN II: 1-3 years RN experience.
$15K for 3+ years (RN III: 3-10 years RN experience and RN IV: 10+ years RN experience).
Distributed in 3 payments:
1st payment - 20% of amount approved for specific job; first paycheck
2nd payment - 40% of amount approved for specific job; first pay period of the month following employee's one-year anniversary in the role.
3rd payment - 40% of amount approved for specific job; First pay period of the month following employee's two-year anniversary in the role.
PAY
Our RN salaries range from $65,000 to $110,000.
There are variables that would place a candidate with a job profile of RN I, RN II, RN III, or RN IV.
These variables include LVN conversions and years of experience.
We'd be delighted to receive a candidate and complete a phone interview with them to go over their projected salary as well as added sign-on bonus, COVID-19 shift bonus, night shift differential, and TMC geographic differential (if applicable).
Requirements
Must have an active RN Texas License, or active multi-state compact RN license, clear of stipulations or disciplinary actions. If you would like to submit a candidate that does have board actions, the candidate must disclose this with the Recruiter during the Recruiter phone interview.
Must have BSN or also will accept ADN if: *Minimum 2 years ADN experience in an acute care setting and *Can complete BSN within 3 years of employment
Must have at least 1 year recent acute care IMU or ICU (critical care) experience
Must have an updated resume - job history dates and units worked in must be accurate
Must have proven track record of consistent work history. Not job hopping. If there is job hopping, we simply an need explanation as to why they left (relocation, promotion/growth, etc).
Avoiding candidates that do not have acute care experience
We cannot take candidates who have sole or recent skilled/nursing home experience; experience must be in an acute care setting.
Avoiding candidates in school for PA, NP, and MSN are typically declined, due to tenure concerns.
Recent travel nurses give hiring leaders hesitation due to concerns about tenure, it is advised travel nursing experience be prior to 2019.
