Position Overview:

As a Professional Sales Representative , you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers in the comfort of their homes. You'll be the face of our company, presenting our products/services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales deals. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, grow with the company, and earn uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:

  • Conduct in-home sales presentations to showcase our products/services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor presentations accordingly.
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and contribute to overall sales strategy.

Qualifications of a Sales Representative :

  • Proven experience in direct sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
  • Evening hours and Saturdays are required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Compensation for a Sales Representative: 

  • Competitive base salary 
  • Uncapped commission and bonuses
  • Average earning potential: $90,000-$165,000
