Job Description
As a Data Analyst on our dynamic team, you will have an incredible opportunity to shape the way we utilize data to enhance our services for customers, professional drivers, and Operations staff. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Python and SQL, and a solid understanding of EDI processes. Your insights will directly impact our operational efficiency and drive our digital transformation forward.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using Python and SQL to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data flow between systems.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of EDI systems to ensure seamless data exchange with partners and vendors.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and provide technical assistance to team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Eligible for US government security clearance (US Citizenship Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
- Exposure to or experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems and processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
