Easterseals NH services include early childhood centers of excellence, medical rehabilitation, camping and recreation, vocational services, senior services, substance use treatment, adult day programs, community-based services, individual service options, transportation services, residential service options, and veterans services. We are looking for a Behavior Technicians to join our Easterseals team! The Behavior Technician will work with clients by following the specific treatment plans developed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED * Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred * Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification * Experience using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) preferred * Strong interpersonal skills * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Essential Responsibilities: * Ability to work independently in multiple settings (clinics, homes and the community). * Work one-on-one with children in the program to follow treatment plans set up by the BCBA. * Carry over strategies the BCBA has initiated in all environments. * Model strategies for children and families in the home or other natural child/family environment. * Ability to support children with disabilities, social & emotional issues, disruptive and physically aggressive behavior in an empathetic and calm manner. * Complete required documentation including daily notes and weekly summary information. * Attend trainings designed for program. * Proficient with computers and technology. * Complete and submit billing documentation in a timely fashion. * Demonstrate the ability to accurately collect and record data as directed by the BCBA. Hours: Per-diem, with possibility of working at our West Side ECCE, Auburn St ECCE and our Salem Outpatient Services Office. Compensation: $20.00 an hour with a High School Diploma, $22.00 with a Bachelor's Degree What's in it for you?
