What You'll Do
As an Account Executive at Madwell, you'll work closely with Project Management, Production and Business Leadership (Account Management), to ensure all advertising campaigns are delivered on time and on budget. You will be responsible for supporting the team in driving day-to-day projects through the agency system and ensure projects work through the appropriate internal channels. You'll work closely with your manager, clients and internal teams to help bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure the account is organized and efficient
  • Show clear understanding of competitive environment; business, communication, media, to better understand client's business and category
  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of industry and trends
  • Partner on creative execution
  • Develop strong and effective working relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Effectively lead internal meetings
  • Maintain all client inputs, creative output and reporting organized
  • Manage timelines with internal and external agency teams and clients, ensuring all projects are delivered on time
  • Oversee administrative tasks, such as client meeting coordination, note taking, meeting recaps and next steps, budget tracking
  • Balancing project budgets on both the macro project level and the nitty gritty details
  • Be the respected "go-to" person for Production/Project Management

  • Ability to establish, manage, and maintain strong relationships, both with clients and in-house teams
  • Naturally inclined toward leadership with the ability to problem solve and work in a self-directed capacity
  • Experience working with integrated strategy, creative, production, social media, and media buying teams
  • Self-starter who is excited about creativity, innovation, marketing and bringing great ideas to life
Where You've Been
  • 2+ years experience in Account Management in a creative agency setting

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000
* This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office, you must be located within commuting distance of Brooklyn, NY to be considered for this role. This role requires the candidate to be in the Brooklyn office 3 times a week.
