Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - OT Outpatient
Shift : Days / variable start times, 8's/10's, 40hrs per week
Length : 13 Weeks
Will work Mondays and Fridays regardless of shift option
Requirements:

• OR License
• Minimum 1-year Post-clinical OT experience
• Graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Occupational Therapy Association
• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, or certification by NBCOT required
• BLS
• Certified Hand Therapist or hands experience is a plus but not a requirement

• May be asked to float

MINIMUM ONE YEAR POST-CLINICAL OT EXPERIENCE

POSITION PURPOSE:The Occupational Therapist is responsible for patient evaluation, development and follow through of treatment plans to support the mission of Salem Health.
Required:EMR:-Electronic EMR, Epic preferred
Education:-BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, or certification by NBCOT required.
Licenses/ Certification/ Registration:- Graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Occupational Therapy Association and holds a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible.

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
