*About the role*

As an Senior Assurance Associate, you will lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning to completion. You will supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring that engagements are conducted in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Your role will involve reviewing financial statements, evaluating internal controls, and preparing detailed audit and assurance reports. You will also be responsible for evaluating risk management processes and communicating findings to clients.

This position requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services, driving the success of our team, and contributing to the overall success of our clients.

*Responsibilities *_*(including but not limited to)*_
* Lead and manage assurance engagements from planning to completion.
* Supervise and mentor junior assurance staff.
* Review and evaluate financial statements, internal controls, and risk management processes.
* Identify and communicate assurance issues and recommendations to clients.
* Prepare detailed assurance reports and presentations.
* Ensure engagements are conducted in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Stay current with industry developments and regulatory changes.

*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* CPA certification or working towards certification preferred.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of assurance experience.
* Strong leadership and project management skills.
* Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
* Proficient in assurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Public accounting experience a must
* Must be able to read, write, communicate & understand English.
