Overview: Join our team as a CDL-A Lease Purchase or Lease Driver and experience the freedom and benefits of driving your own truck. Enjoy competitive pay, flexible lease terms, and comprehensive support to help you succeed on the road.
Benefits:
- Bring Home: $2100 - $2700 weekly
- Percentage Pay: 73% of full load pay + FSC
- Fixed Weekly Deductions:
- First 20 weeks: $466
- After 20 weeks: $416 (includes tolls and IFTA)
- Truck Payments: $650 - $1041 per week
- Escrow: $1000 (paid at $50/week)
- Maintenance:
- Lease Purchase: $0.12 - $0.15 CPM (your money)
- Lease: $0.12 - $0.15 CPM (all-inclusive maintenance and repairs)
- Inspection Bonuses:
- 1st Clean Inspection: $350
- 2nd Clean Inspection: $150
- 3rd Clean Inspection: $100
- Additional Benefits:
- Rider program (10+ years old, $16/month)
- Exterior cameras (activated on events)
- Weekly pay period (1 week behind)
- $150 weekly advance available (resets Monday)
Lease Terms:
- Lease Purchase: 2 - 4.5 years
- Lease: First 2 payments skipped, first payment skipped for Lease Purchase
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all loads are scanned into Transflo within 24 hours
- Payments from empty call
- Example pay periods:
- 8/6/24 to 8/12/24 paid on 8/20/24
