This position is Seasonal (time frame is approximately 4 1/2 months Dec.- Apr. ) 18 weeks<p>Experience Preferred but willing to train the right person<p>Several Positions Available ! Store Fronts and Retail Locations<p>This is a salary position 32-40 hrs. a week<br />Overtime paid 1 1/2 <br />24 hours of PTO<br />Bonus Opportunity<br />MUST be willing to train before the start of tax season (paid training)<p>Office Manager duties include but are not limited to:<p>-ability to train and oversee employees<br />-strong written and verbal communication<br />-good organizational skills and the ability to multitask<br />-ordering/monitoring office supplies<br />-maintaining office cleanliness<br />-answering telephone calls/emails and directing them to appropriate staff<br />-offering superior customer service to each client<br />-perform daily accounting for the office<br />-daily communication with Area Manager by phone and /or email<br />-work scheduled shifts and cover shift if necessary<p>Knowledge Requirements<br /> Basic knowledge of computer, printer, and scanner<br /> Ability to multi-task and have good organizational skills
