The Contracted Agile team will work with Agency Services staff to support the Agile development for the modernization and enhancements to an existing application. Deliverables will align with the Agile Methodology and leverage the Agency Services provided tools where applicable.
We are searching for a contractor resource who is responsible for the overall success of the project through facilitating the integration and team efforts, clearing impediments, and monitoring processes and progress.
Requirements:
- Experience with the following is required:
- Platform: .NET 4.0 Integrated Development
- Environment: Visual Studio 15.0.283077.1321 (VS2017)
- Language: Visual Basic
- Plug-in: ESRI - ARCGIS
- Database: SQL Server 2019
- Web Server: Windows
- Batch tool: Microsoft Access application and Python scripts
- Education and years of experience: Must possess a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
