Job Title: School Psychologist

Location: Covington, Indiana

Job Type: Full-Time, 23-24 school year

Bridgeline Staffing is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled School Psychologist to join our team at a Covington, Indiana school system for the 23-24 school year. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with students of all ages and abilities, and have a deep understanding of the psychological and emotional issues that can impact academic performance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with students to address emotional, social, and behavioral issues.
• Administer and interpret psychological assessments to identify and diagnose learning disabilities, emotional disturbances, and other cognitive or developmental issues.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs in collaboration with parents, teachers, and other school staff.
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and other school personnel on issues related to student behavior, academic performance, and mental health.
• Participate in school-wide efforts to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current certification as a School Psychologist in the state of Indiana.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
