Additionally, the Estimator gets contracts signed and effectively communicates with customers, adjusters, and fellow team members. This is a critical role as it contributes to the growth of the organization.

The ideal applicant should possess five years of experience Knowledge of Xactimate to write estimates is required Understanding of construction principles preferred IICRC Certifications preferred Insurance Adjusting Experience a strong plus Ability to work independently Ability to meet crucial deadlines Effective, professional communication skills Valid Driver's License & insurable driving record Must pass and maintain a satisfactory background screening and pre-employment drug screening Responsibilities

Preparation of job estimates for property damage, residential and commercial, including Fire, Water, and Mold Damage Use of Xactimate to write estimates accurately and in a timely manner to submit to Claims Coordinator in order to meet insurance and TPA guidelines Assist with the growth of the organization
