Your role

We’re looking for a Registered Client Service Associate to:

• as a Registered Client Service Associate, you’ll play an important role in listening, understanding and responding to clients' needs .• enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors •keep contact management systems up-to-date with client information • educate clients on account services and capabilities • help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings • collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests • organize logistics of team marketing events, develop and maintain team marketing materials provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Your team

You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas in downtown Chicago with the Berlin, Carter, Dressel Wealth Management Group . We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your expertise

• ideally 3-5 years of client service experience • series 7 and 66 licensed required for Registered CSAs only • college degree is preferred focusing on business administration, economics or finance • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other technologies • detail and service oriented (nothing gets past you) • good written and verbal communication skills • team player with good interpersonal skills
