Experience with Active Directory

Experience with Office 365, Windows 10, and Windows 11

Maintain and update IT help desk ticketing system

Ability to work with the end users to gather information and resolve issues (Excellent people skills a must)

Support and maintenance of backup systems

Support and configuration of Apple mobile devices

Experience using Mobile Device Management software a plus

Knowledge of network printer installation, setup, and troubleshooting

Strong PC & Network troubleshooting skills

Installation and upgrade of hardware and software

Traveling to the locations of Saint John, IN, Cedar Lake, IN, Valpo, IN and Mokena, IL during the work week

Company car provided

Education & Experience:

Associates (2 year) degree, with a technical major or currently pursuing an Associate's degree

One to two years system administration experience

Knowledge and experience in building and maintaining internetworked technologies in a multi-location Cisco Meraki environment; a plus

Office 365 Administration a plus

Knowledge of Microsoft server 2012 and higher, a plus

Knowledge and understanding of LAN administration

Experience in managing Apple mobile platforms and associated secure connectivity

Ability to determine computer problems and coordinate hardware and/or software solutions

Able to lift/carry 30 lbs.
