Client Location : Indianapolis, IN
Work Schedule : Hybrid from day 1. Candidate must reside in Indiana
Rate : 60/H c2c
Duration 12 month+ contract
Interview : 1 st round video, 2 nd round webcam
Resource will be required to work onsite two days per week. Please confirm the resource understands this requirement.
5 years:
•Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience
3 years:
•Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members
•Experience implementing and developing in Apex

Role
Responsibilities
•Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits),
•Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Web Components, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
•Proficient in Salesforce Flow Builder (Intermediate to Advanced experience required)
•Custom User Interface development, including Lightning Web Components,
•Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization,
•Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development,
•Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code,
•Integrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce, such as [Mulesoft Anypoint, DocuSign, etc],
•Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business,
•Supporting the Salesforce Administrator.
Qualifications and Background
Required:
•Salesforce [Government Cloud, Non-Profit Cloud, Grants Management Packages, Sales Cloud] product knowledge and at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience,
•Able to work independently,
•Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members,
•Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I,
•PREFERRED- Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder Certifications
Desirable:
•Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Microsoft Azure DevOps
•Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience.

•General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript,
