This position gathers, analyzes and enters production data into Enertia software. Reports production to state entities and works closely with other departments regarding production information.

Major Functions and Scope: Gauge Reports and run tickets - gather information from lease operators through mail, email and printing from ProdView and enter into Enertia. Statements - gather, enter and/or upload oil and gas statement information into Enertia and resolve any statement issues. Analyze well tests, downtime, run ticket vs. statements, and resolve any issues. Prepare monthly purchaser allocations. Maintain routes in Enertia. Monthly closing - process production data, investigate and resolve production discrepancies. Regulatory filing - Prepare, reconcile and submit monthly production data to the appropriate state entity, timely and accurately. Digital Files - Save all documents to be pushed to MFiles. Special projects and other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma. Must have strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Enertia, ProCount and/or ProdView experience a plus. Positive attitude and team player. This position requires solid organizational skills and the ability to problem solve and multi-task under tight schedule constraints, work on multiple projects concurrently, manage varying priorities and tasks, and adapt quickly to rapidly changing events, meeting deadlines with attention given to detail.
