That makes our leadership of our peoplefunctions-talent acquisition, compensation, workforce planning,performance management, engagement, and professional development soimportant. We\'re looking for an efficient, hands-on Senior HumanResources Manager who can guide SMS\'s HR function as well as takeprimary responsibility for employee relations and policy administrationfor a largely remote workforce. Job duties include: Oversight of all HRfunctions including payroll, benefits, employee relations, andcompensation. Partners with the Talent Acquisition manager on recruitingand onboarding employees. Provides guidance to business leaders andmanagers on all employee relations issues. Tracks HR metrics and reportstrends to senior management along with recommendations. Drives benefitrenewal process. Works to keep benefits and policies competitive in atight labor market. Oversees HR Admin team which includes the payrollcoordinator, benefits coordinator and credentials function.
