ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Operations/Customer Service Specialist will work with hospitals and clinics to fulfill and ship incoming purchase orders. You will interact with multiple internal business partners in supply chain, compliance/quality, finance, sales operations/contracts, and others to achieve shared goals. You will manage order-fulfillment by coordinating orders submitted by email, fax, and electronic methods. Your ability to navigate between multiple technology tools will ensure your success. Our customers and sales reps will rely on you to provide solutions to problem situations, ensuring we deliver service designed to meet every patient's needs.

Additional Position Information:

* The work hours for this role are roughly 730am-430pm Central Time. Flexible/longer hours may be required during quarter end and as needed to address high workloads.* This position will be hybrid/remote, but employees must reside and be able to commute to our Golden Valley, MN office as needed.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Interprets and clarifies customer orders for shipping and when necessary, may connect customers to appropriate support or field staff.* Represents company to external and internal customers* Manage web-based ordering and registrations* Manage inventories at customer facilities using Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Integration -forecasting, replenishment, and inventory systems, focusing on stock and allocation issues to maximize service levels.* Package and ship product as needed* Assist in inventory cycle count process as needed

Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required* 2-3 years of prior work experience in customer service or customer support related roles

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in the medical device industry* Prior knowledge of Inspire products and therapies* Excellent customer service skills and motivation to understand customers' needs and deliver efficient solutions* Ability to work well and provide great customer service in high pressure situations with a positive and professional demeanor* Skilled at computer navigation; ability to work in multiple applications simultaneously* Proficiency working with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)* Strong communication skills; clear and effective written and verbal* Strong attention to detail* May be assigned to assist on projects within the Customer Service department
