Right now, we need a Brand Director in San Antonio, TX,

to lead our newest innovation -

Pabst Light . We are looking for someone who works well in a fast pace and collaborative workplace, who can think strategically to implement long term strategies for the brand, and someone who is continuously monitoring new trends and can identify opportunities to execute a creative approach. This person will work closely with our internal teams as well as external distributors and agencies.

Lead Annual Strategic planning, developing a 3-year Strategic Priority Plan, with a 1-year Execution plan and corresponding marketing budget Develop a full 360 Marketing campaign for, managing all agency & brand partnerships including SOW & Fee negotiations, creative briefings, creative development, and Go-To-Market launch plans Lead all Brand Partnerships, managing a roster of advocates, brands, and influencers; seeking out new opportunities to maintain brand’s relevance with modern culture Oversee the DSMP (Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, Pricing) to drive incremental growth opportunities and improved performance in market Lead annual forecasting, owning the brand P&L and performance holistically, providing a marketing lens on trends and providing recommendations to sales leadership Become an expert on brands at a local market level, understanding its nuances at a wholesaler, retailer, and consumer level to create more effective marketing & retail programs Develop strong external relationships with Wholesaler & Retailer partners to ensure adequate share of mind for the brand across the 3 Tier System Effectively manage Associate Brand Manager, focusing on career development (coaching, feedback) Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to foster a collaborative and efficient team environment What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Requires 8+ years of experience in marketing or brand management; Bev/Alc brand experience is preferred A deep understanding and passion for creating culturally iconic brands, ensuring their relevance in modern culture Strong analytical skills and the ability to use third-party data to identify trends, opportunities, and create a selling story that resonates with external customers Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage time and multiple projects effectively and proactively, with cross-functional teams across the company and our distributor networks. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to rally and motivate internal and external customers Self-starter who needs minimal oversight and is a team-oriented player Financial Management Skills (P&L brand management is a must) Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving industry and environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and relevant social media networks such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Proficient in syndicated data and analytics software (Nielsen, Margin Minder, or similar).
