Customer Service Representative - Mid Shift (12pm-8:30pm)

Samuels and Son Seafood, the nation's leading purveyor of fresh and frozen seafood has unique and exciting opportunities for Customer Service Representatives! This position is designed to process orders from various different means. Responsibilities may include answering phones from customers and sales reps and processing their orders, processing orders via voice message and emails, data entry, invoicing and other clerical assignments. This position will require you to work early morning hours. Strong computer, phone, organization and customer service skills are required. Job Requirements:
  • Must be able to work 12pm-8:30pm.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Holidays and Week-ends
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Possess good customer service skills/telephone skills
  • Must be detail oriented, and able to process orders with speed and accuracy
  • Efficient communication with our customers and team members.
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to enter data and process data precisely.
  • Effectively and efficiently work with other members of customer service.

Minimum Requirements: Must have High School Diploma or GED Must have attention to detail Ability to Multi-task Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Must be able to begin work at 4am or 5am.
