Your Opportunity: This is a entry-level position with the Desktop Support group of Charles Schwab & Co., and will focus on providing real-time support for technology problems and fulfillment services (move, add, or change requests) for our Schwab internal customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a fast paced environment, has great customer service skills and a "can-do" spirit. What you'll do: * Work with a team of Desktop Support technicians in one of the largest service centers at Schwab with over 6,000 users. * System administration of Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X desktops and laptops. * Provide hands on installation, troubleshooting and technology support for desktops, laptops, monitors and personal printers. * Also required to provide phone support and remote assistance as needed. * Deploy and reclaim computer equipment which includes maintaining asset management database with current status. * Document work in various tools. (Remedy, Clarity) * Provide excellent customer support to Schwab employees. * 8-4:30 M-F Buyer Organization: Charles Schwab Inc. (Sales Tax)

What you have:
* The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in technology and/or a minimum 1-3 years' recent experience supporting technology in an enterprise-wide internal Service Center environment.
* A working knowledge of PC technical support of the Windows and Macintosh OS (Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X) is desired.
* Should demonstrate strong communication skills, including both written and verbal.
