Overview: The Village at Victory Lakes is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time positions with a sign-on bonus of $3000.00. - Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Supervise and coordinate activities of Nursing Assistants
- Manage admission, transfer, and discharge of residents
- Communicate changes in resident conditions to healthcare professionals
- Attend a minimum of 12 hours of in-service education annually
Required skills and qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/RN program
- Current RN or LPN license
- Recent clinical experience in geriatrics
- Enjoy working with the senior population
